Titanium doesn't warp, crack, split or swell, so warranty claims are rare. Here's exactly what we cover if something does go wrong.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the board — bad edge finishing, a warped body, a defective surface.
- Damage in transit, reported with a photo after delivery.
- Receiving the wrong item or an incomplete bundle.
What's not covered
- Normal cosmetic marks from cutting — these are expected on any board in use and don't affect hygiene, because the surface stays non-porous.
- Water spots or fingerprints from hard water (wipe with diluted white vinegar).
- Damage from using the board as a hammering surface or chopping bones.
- Damage from abrasive tools or harsh chemical cleaners.
How to make a claim
Email support@katucheftitaniumboard.com with the email address you used at checkout, which bundle you ordered, and a clear photo of the issue. We'll reply with next steps — usually a replacement.
Warranty and the 30-day guarantee are separate
The 30-day money-back guarantee covers "I tried it and it isn't for me". The warranty covers "something is wrong with the board". You can use whichever applies.
Keeping it in warranty condition
There's no maintenance requirement — no oiling, sealing or special washing. Follow the care guide and you're covered.
