Terms of service

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars.
• The total shown at checkout is what you pay; Shipping is free worldwide.
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. See the shipping page for how dispatch and tracking work.

Returns and guarantee

Orders are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, as described on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects and transit damage are covered as described on the warranty page. Normal cosmetic wear from cutting is not a defect.

Product information

We describe the product as accurately as we can, including the reasons behind performance claims. Photography is representative; slight variation in finish is normal for metal products.

Use of this site

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not copy site content or photography for commercial use without permission.
• Do not place fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
