Every order ships free, worldwide. Here is how the process works from checkout to your door.
Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to, for every bundle size. There is no minimum and no surcharge added at checkout — the total you see is the total you pay.
Order processing
- You'll get an order confirmation email immediately after payment.
- Orders are prepared for dispatch on business days.
- As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, we email you tracking details.
Tracking your order
Your tracking link arrives by email once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take up to a day to show movement after the first scan — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Delivery address changes
We can update a shipping address before the parcel is dispatched. Email us with your order email address as soon as possible and we'll fix it if it hasn't shipped yet.
Missing, delayed or damaged parcels
- Delayed: send us your order email address and we'll chase the carrier with you.
- Damaged in transit: send a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.
- Marked delivered but not received: contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
International orders
We ship worldwide, and shipping stays free wherever you are. Choose your country at checkout. If your country is not listed, email support@katucheftitaniumboard.com and we'll check delivery options for you. Any import duties or taxes charged by your own country are set by local authorities and are not included in the price you pay us.
