Use the board in your own kitchen. If it doesn't beat what you were using, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you.
The guarantee
Every order is covered for 30 days from the day it is delivered. You do not need to keep it unused or in its packaging — the whole point is that you test it with your own knives and your own cooking.
How to start a return
- Email support@katucheftitaniumboard.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and which bundle you ordered.
- Tell us briefly what didn't work — it helps us improve the product.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is confirmed, the refund is issued back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears on your statement, which is usually a few business days after we process it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your board arrives damaged, or you received the wrong bundle, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement — you do not need to use the guarantee for our mistake.
Partial bundle returns
Ordered a multi-board bundle and only want to keep some? Tell us how many you want to return and we'll refund the difference based on the bundle pricing.
Cancelling before dispatch
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel and refund it in full straight away.
